Remedial works at Uku Apartments remain on track. Haydn & Rollett have completed Stages 2A and 2B, with works across Stages 2C and 2D progressing steadily. Completion of all Stage 2 works is expected by the end of September 2025. Resident relocation is scheduled to begin in mid-September and will follow the sequence of the remediation stages, starting with Stage 1. The Body Corporate and New Ground Living continue to monitor progress closely, with further updates to follow. Owners are asked to confirm their intentions regarding re-occupancy, sale, or leasing by 11 August to assist with planning.
